When a phone disappears, the numbers you need disappear with it. This card holds the four that matter - printed at bank-card size, so it lives where your phone doesn't. Fill it in below; the preview updates as you type.

Typed here, stays here - we cannot see it. This page makes no network requests with what you type. The card is drawn entirely in your browser, nothing is saved anywhere, and closing the tab erases it. That's also why there's no “download PDF” button: your print dialog already is one.
Prints two copies - one for your wallet, one for your luggage - with dashed cut lines, at exact bank-card size. Keep the print scale at 100% (“actual size”). For a PDF, choose “Save as PDF” as the destination in the dialog.

How it works
- Fill in up to four lines. The number of the person you'd call first, your bank's card-freeze line, your travel insurance hotline, and the address of your recovery page. Leave a line empty and it prints as a blank to fill in by hand.
- Print the page. The Print button opens your browser's print dialog and prints only the card, at real credit-card size - two copies per sheet. Keep the scale at 100% (actual size). Want a PDF instead of paper? Choose Save as PDF as the destination - the print dialog is the PDF button.
- Cut along the dashed lines. Each copy comes out at 85.6 by 54 millimetres - the exact size of a bank card, so it slides into any card slot.
- One in your wallet, one in your luggage. Phones and wallets usually part ways with you separately. Two copies in two places means one of them survives most bad days.
Why these four lines
They're the calls that are time-sensitive when a phone goes missing: a person who can act for you, the line that freezes your cards, the insurer whose clock starts at the moment of loss, and the one address where the rest of your plan lives. Everything else can wait for a proper browser. A wallet card can't hold your whole recovery plan - it's the paper bookmark that points at it.
