Guest safety amenity
When a phone goes missing, most guests panic - they don't know who to call or what to do. Hand them a recovery page at check-in instead: one link, openable from any borrowed device, with every step already in it. There from day one, in case the worst day comes.
No integration · No per-guest cost · Nothing lands on your systems

Your recovery page

If your phone is ever lost or stolen, open this from any device. Only you can read it.
Every room already has a safe and an extinguisher down the hall - things a guest is glad exist and hopes never to use. This is that same care for the worst hour of the trip, the one emergency that leaves with them.
Guests work their own recovery instead of standing at your desk in a panic while you improvise a solution at 2am.
An unexpected kindness guests feel the moment you hand it over — the kind of thoughtfulness that ends up in a review, whether or not the worst ever happens.
The guest page
Front desk, concierge, embassy and local lines - pre-filled. The guest adds their own in a minute.

Us
Liability
Nothing connects to your stack, so nothing needs a security review. You share a link - that's the whole surface area.
How the encryption worksRollout
Nothing to install, on your side or the guest's. No PMS, no API, no app.
Day 0 · 5 minutes
You tell us the property, the room count, and who your guests are.
Day 1 · We work
Front desk, concierge, house doctor, embassy list, local emergency - researched for your city and set in your name. We prepare the draft, you have the final say.
Day 3 · You choose the gesture
You print the instructions on the keycard sleeve, or you drop one sentence into the mail your guests already get. Or both.
Day 5 · One paragraph
One paragraph for the front desk and one for the concierge. That is the entire training. There is nothing for them to operate.
Guest data is end-to-end encrypted. We store ciphertext.
No guest record lands in your PMS or inbox. Nothing new to secure or lose.
Data stays in the EU. The DPA is short - there is very little to process.
Next step
We set up your page, you finalize it, brief your team. Month to month.
€0.6 per room per month, with a €29 monthly minimum, which covers roughly fifty rooms. There is no per-guest charge and every guest who stays can create a page. Flagship and fully branded deployments are priced separately.
No. You share a link - at check-in, in the room, or in the mail your guests already get - and they set up their own page in a minute. No PMS work, no API, no IT ticket, and no staff training.
No. Guest pages are end-to-end encrypted: we can't read them and neither can you. You hold nothing personal about the guest, so there is no new data for you to secure and nothing new to disclose.
Each page is active for 30 days from creation. If a guest wants to keep it, they can move it to our consumer plan themselves. Otherwise the account is held for one more month and then permanently deleted.
The honest answer is that you want them never to need it. This isn't a feature you measure by daily engagement - it's the fire extinguisher behind the glass, the safe in the wardrobe. Its value is that it's there for the worst hour of the trip, for the one guest each season whose phone is stolen in a strange city. If most guests set it up and never open it again, the amenity did exactly its job.
Yes. For flagship properties and groups we offer a fully branded deployment - your marque, your concierge details, your own domain - set up and briefed by us.
The address is of their own choosing, which is the point - it's designed to be recalled. If they do forget the name, you can request the names of recently created pages for your hotel and match one to the guest in need. The guest is still the only one that can unlock the page.
