Reporting it to the police
As a tourist you can report a theft (aangifte) at any police station - Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague have multilingual tourist desks. Call 0900-8844 (from abroad +31 343 578 844) to book. Online aangifte via politie.nl needs a Dutch DigiD, which most tourists do not have, so in person or by phone is the tourist route. Bring your passport/ID.

Blocking your SIM
These are Netherlands's carriers - use them if your number is local. If your SIM is from your home country, call your own carrier's lost-phone line instead; nobody here can block a foreign SIM.

Your embassy

Getting back online
Dutch prepaid SIMs and eSIMs are widely sold without heavy ID hurdles (no mandatory passport registration like some EU states), so a fresh tourist eSIM can usually be activated on a borrowed device via an app if you can reach your account/email. Carriers cannot post a physical replacement SIM to an address abroad.
