Reporting it to the police
Call 110 (or 112) or go to the nearest police station (Polsek/Polres) to file a report. In tourist areas such as Bali, ask for the tourist-oriented desk and request a written police report (surat keterangan kehilangan / laporan polisi) with a reference number; you will need it for insurance and for a SIM replacement.
Blocking your SIM
These are Indonesia's carriers - use them if your number is local. If your SIM is from your home country, call your own carrier's lost-phone line instead; nobody here can block a foreign SIM.

Getting back online
Tourist prepaid SIMs and travel eSIMs (Telkomsel, Indosat/IM3, XL) are sold at airports and stores; buying a local SIM requires passport registration under Indonesia's SIM/IMEI registration rules, and phones must have a registered IMEI to use a local SIM long-term. A travel eSIM on a spare phone is often the quickest way back online.
